• Even though Btownfashion.com shall try to meet the delivery schedule as mentioned at the time of order confirmation, it does not entitle us to damages/ compensation in case of any unexpected delays in delivery.

• Btownfashion.com does not warrant that the products available on this website are error-free, and is not entitled to correcting defects, if any. 

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that shall be provided to you, and shall be liable for any activity that is carried out from your account. In case of any suspected breach of security on your account, please inform Btownfashion.com immediately.

• Btownfashion.com does not guarantee precision of the final product as ordered by you. It is possible that the products delivered to you do not meet your expectations. We reserve the right to alter certain features of your order such as color/design etc. due to unavailability of certain products. In such cases, you shall be notified of the proposed change via email, and your order shall be cancelled with a complete refund in case you reject the requested change.
